Everyone is welcome. Middle school, high school, and college/university students are encouraged to attend.

Join community members, students, local leaders, and avid technologists as they come together to innovate and code during CodeAcross DeKalb 2016. Northern Illinois University STEAM Works is proud to host the inaugural CodeAcross DeKalb event.
CodeAcross DeKalb will take place March 5th at NIU and coincides with International Open Data Day. The goal of CodeAcross is to inspire residents everywhere to get actively involved in their community.

Who should get involved? Urbanists, civic hackers, government staff, developers, designers, community organizers, and anyone with the passion to make their city better.

Join NIU Students, DeKalb community residents, and experts from Code for America to learn and participate in coding and community problem solving.
